The film’s core message is about seeing things the right way—not the easy way. Ishaan saw letters backwards and numbers dancing, but once he got the proper help (Nikumbh’s teaching), he flourished.
Directed by (who also plays the empathetic teacher, Ram Shankar Nikumbh), the film follows Ishaan Awasthi (Darsheel Safary). Ishaan is a eight-year-old who sees the world differently. He paints, he dreams, but he cannot read or write like the other children.
